DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
There are no travel costs for locations within London, East Midlands, East of England, West Midlands, and the South East. For weddings farther afield, we only charge the actual travel expenses, such as petrol or transportation tickets.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES LOWER THAN AVERAGE?
While our prices may stand below the average, rest assured, this does not reflect a compromise in the quality of our service or the wealth of our experience. It's essential to dispel the common misconception that wedding photography is solely a one-day endeavor. In reality, a substantial amount of a photographer's time is dedicated to the meticulous process of editing images.
Understanding that not every photo needs extensive editing, we've tailored our approach. We perform basic enhancements on all images, such as cropping and leveling. However, we reserve our in-depth editing, including advanced retouching and enhancements, for a curated selection of images—typically around 150 "5-star" photos. This streamlined editing process allows us to deliver a high-quality product while saving time and resources, contributing to a more affordable service for our clients. Our focus remains on capturing and preserving the magic of your wedding day without unnecessary expenses.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We use high-quality professional equipment to ensure the best possible results. Specifically, our cameras are all mirrorless Sony Alpha 7, known for their exceptional image quality. Our lenses include a variety of top-of-the-line G-Master lenses, ensuring that every shot is captured with precision and clarity. Additionally, our comprehensive gear setup includes cutting-edge lighting equipment to enhance the visual appeal of your photos.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
The payment schedule is outlined in the contract and typically includes a deposit to secure the date, with the remaining balance due before or on the wedding day.

Absolutely! We encourage you to share your beautiful moments with friends and family on social media. To make it even more exciting, you'll receive sneak peek images just a day after the wedding specifically for this purpose.
CAN WE PROVIDE A SHOT LIST OR SPECIFIC REQUESTS?
Yes, we welcome your input! We encourage clients to provide a shot list and any specific requests to ensure we capture all the moments that matter most to you.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our cancellation policy is designed with flexibility in mind. You can fully cancel our services up to three months prior to the wedding without incurring any charges. For detailed information, the cancellation policy is fully described in the contract. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the process as transparent and stress-free as possible for our clients.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU'RE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE WEDDING?
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In the Very Rare event that we're unable to attend, we have a network of skilled backup photographers to ensure your day is still captured beautifully.
HOW DO WE SECURE THE RIGHTS TO THE PHOTOS?
Clients receive full usage rights to the photos, allowing you to print, share, and enjoy them as you wish. We retain the right to use select images for promotional purposes with your consent.
